nWe are seeki ng a Sales & BD L eader with strong experienc e in IT sa les, AWS Cloud & ERP solution sales within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise acquisition, build channel partnerships, manage key accounts, and own revenue growth for Cloud & ERP service lines. A background in staffing sales will be an added advantage. .

n Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business prospects in domestic and/or international marketsn
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clentsn
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysisn




Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposalsn
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partnersn
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfactionn
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targetsn
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM toolsn
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportuntiesn
Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvementn

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)n
7+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account managementn
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsn
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targetsn
Familiarity with CRM softwaren
Strategic thinking with an analytical m
