Robust understanding of CMDB and Asset Management (HAM) modules.
Experience with system integrations and Flow Designer.
Solid scripting knowledge, including:
Business Rules
Script Includes
Workflows
Flow Designer
Experience in Request Management, including:
Catalog Items
Order Guides
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.
