Job Responsibilities:
Set up CNC Turning machines as per production drawings and process requirements.
Install and align tools, holders, chucks, and fixtures.
Load CNC programs and perform machine setting and trial runs.
Set tool offsets and make necessary adjustments to achieve dimensional accuracy.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and quality requirements.
Perform first-piece inspection and ensure components meet specifications.
Monitor production and troubleshoot machining issues.
Optimize cycle time and improve machine productivity.
Maintain machine, tools, and work area in valuable condition.
Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–8 years of experience as a CNC Turner Setter.
Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.).
Solid understanding of cutting tools, inserts, speeds, and feeds.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹10,626.62 - ₹35,686.33 per month
