Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through regular communication.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions/services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalate issues when required.
Maintain client data, follow-up schedules, and updates in CRM or tracking tools.
Assist in onboarding current clients and guiding them through processes.
Gather feedback from clients to improve services and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and share reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates.
Support sales/BD team in upselling or cross-selling company services.
Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,409.52 per month
