We are looking for motivated specialists to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team as a Process Associate – Medical AR.

Job Role

The Process Associate – Medical AR will be responsible for handling US medical accounts receivable, following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims,



resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
Follow up on pending, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
Check claim status and identify reasons for payment delays, denials, or rejections.
Communicate with insurance representatives to resolve outstanding accounts.
Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account updates.
Review and work on assigned AR accounts and aging.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
Identify and escalate issues that require further action.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
