Provide in office support for Dell and Lenovo laptops.
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues.
Replace laptop components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, battery, display, etc.
Perform OS installation and software troubleshooting.
Attend customer service calls and provide timely resolution.
Update service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding service activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
