Key Responsibilities:
Operation & Monitoring: Control furnace settings (temp, air flow, rotation) using control panels; monitor gauges, sensors, and alarms for optimal performance.
Material Handling: Load raw materials (powders, scrap, components) into furnace trays/boats and unload finished products, often using cranes or forklifts.
Quality Control: Ensure processed materials meet exact customer specifications, verifying hardness, strength, or other properties.
Maintenance: Conduct routine visual checks, clean equipment, replace worn parts, and troubleshoot operational errors (e.g., burner issues).
Record Keeping: Accurately log production data, temperatures, batch numbers, and any maintenance performed.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, maintain clean work areas (dust control), and follow environmental regulations.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:




Technical: Understanding of heat treatment processes, thermal dynamics, and equipment operation.
Mechanical: Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, scales) and perform minor repairs.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting operational errors and deciding corrective actions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous monitoring for exact process control.
Physical: Ability to work in high-temperature environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
