Job Title: Telecaller / Student Counselor

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Student Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a seamless enrollment process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing timely support.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




0–3 years of experience in telecalling, student counseling, sales, customer support, or admissions.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the Education / EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
