About the Role

We are looking for a energetic HR Recruiter to support bulk hiring requirements for our growing admissions call center operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and consultants.
Conduct screening and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
Build candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.




Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years recruitment experience.
Bulk hiring experience is mandatory.
BPO recruitment experience preferred.
Solid sourcing and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia and LinkedIn.
