Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess curriculum for secondary school subjects in accordance with central education guidelines.
Facilitate interactive and student‑centred learning environments that encourage critical thinking and problem‑solving.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments; maintain accurate records of student progress.
Identify and support students with learning difficulties; provide remedial instruction or recommend additional resources.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to foster a supportive educational community.
Maintain discipline and classroom management, ensuring a secure and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports, and cultural programs, as required.
Essential Qualifications
Bachlor in education (B.ed) and Graduation in the relevant subject area .
Valid TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) certification as per CBSE Board.
Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of NCERT curriculum and CBSE Board guidelines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Desired Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (Classes 6‑10).
Experience with contemporary teaching aids, digital classrooms, and e‑learning platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to improve student academic performance and engagement.
Experience in co‑curricular and extracurricular program coordination.
