Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Manager Specialty Chemicals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of specialty chemical raw materials, their applications, testing methods, and performance behavior across industries such as paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, plastics, or related segments. Along with technical expertise, the candidate must possess strong sales capabilities and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell specialty chemical products to B2B customers across assigned industries.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable specialty chemical solutions.
Provide technical support, application guidance, and troubleshooting to customers.
Conduct product trials, evaluations, and technical discussions with customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations,



and solution-based proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in specialty chemicals.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Paint Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development within the specialty chemical industry.
Robust knowledge of specialty chemical raw materials
Ability to understand customer processes and translate technical needs into commercial solutions.
Positive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales growth and business development.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, product trials, and industry events.
