Key Responsibilities
Attend customer service requirements and prepare job cards.
Explain service recommendations, estimates, and timelines.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI/Any Graduate (Automobile background preferred).
1–10 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the relevant domain.
Positive communication, customer handling, and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
