Experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, New Product Launch (NPL), or Project Management for regulated markets.

Location: Zydus Corporate Park (ZCP), Ahmedabad

Key Stakeholders: Market, PTC, IRA, CQA, QA, Manufacturing, and GDSO teams.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of new product launches and ensure timely market introduction.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project management.
Lead material planning and manufacturing planning activities to support launch timelines.




Manage and monitor input material inventory accountability.
Conduct and drive weekly New Product Launch review meetings with stakeholders.
Support and drive the S&OP; process.
Generate procurement and manufacturing requirements in line with quality, regulatory, and manufacturing policies.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations.
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate challenges to ensure timely resolution.
Participate actively in cross-functional initiatives and organizational projects.
