Manage and supervise day-to-day farming activities.
Conduct soil, water, fertilizer and crop-related laboratory testing.
Collect farm and soil samples and coordinate with the laboratory for testing.
Analyze test reports and provide recommendations for fertilizer, irrigation and crop management.
Monitor crop health, pest and disease conditions and suggest corrective measures.
Plan and monitor sowing, plantation, irrigation, fertilization and harvesting activities.
Maintain records of soil tests, lab reports, crop performance and farm activities.
Coordinate with farmers, agricultural consultants, vendors and laboratory teams.
Ensure proper use and storage of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds and other agricultural inputs.




Prepare periodic farm performance and laboratory testing reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Limbdi, Gujarat (Limbdi, Surendranagar District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
Lab Testing: 2 years (Preferred)
