Job Description – Sales Engineer

Company: Rostfrei Steels Pvt. Ltd.

Location: - Pune,

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads independently through various channels
Identify and qualify prospects; connect with decision makers (Directors/HODs)
Approach MEP/Mechanical Consultants, Architects, EPC & Water Treatment companies
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations
Conduct client meetings (online and onsite)
Develop channel partners and dealer networks
Follow up with clients and maintain solid relationships
Support business development and marketing activities
Maintain CRM and sales reports

Qualifications - B.Tech (Mechanical preferred)




1–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development Skills Required
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Experience in cold calling and client meetings
Knowledge of industrial/engineering products
Lead generation and client acquisition skills
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
