Job Description
We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to manage daily vehicle and driver operations and ensure smooth employee transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor drivers and ensure proper pickup and drop operations.
Track vehicles through GPS and monitor vehicle movement.
Maintain vehicle in-time and out-time gate entries.
Record and update kilometer readings.
Plan daily fuel requirements and coordinate fuel filling.
Maintain employee and driver attendance.
Update KM entry and fuel entry on a daily basis.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service activities.
Follow up with drivers regarding vehicle issues and operational requirements.
Ensure all vehicles are in valuable condition and available for daily operations.
Handle daily transport-related activities and coordinate with the management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in transport operations.
Basic knowledge of GPS tracking and MS Excel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle drivers and daily transport activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
