Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to our clientsn
Accurately complete end to end International travel requirements for air, hotel,car, rail.n
Incumbent should have valuable knowledge of international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)n
Open to work in adaptable setting, roster off, weekend working, public holidays and festivalsn
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLAn
Excellent communication skills (Both Written and Verbal)n




Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage.n
Counsel clients on efficient routings for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the clients business travel policies wherever necessary.n
Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at point of sale. Coach, develop and mentor peers, new and/or junior Travel Consultantsn
Deliver expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicatorsn
Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clientsn
Should be team player and manage show alone if requiredn
Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantagen

nMust Have:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Travelport.n
