Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Academic Advisor to ensure students have a seamless academic experience throughout their programs. The role involves handling student queries, tracking academic progress, coordinating with university departments, and supporting students from admission through program completion.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for students regarding academic and administrative queries.
Coordinate between students and university departments to resolve concerns.
Track and communicate students’ academic progress, requirements, and submission status.
Handle student queries through calls, emails, and chat.
Assist students with semester and subject-related queries.
Make inbound and outbound calls to provide academic updates and support.
Follow up with students regarding assignments, projects, and other academic requirements.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams and ensure timely resolution.




Maintain high student satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
Support student re-registration and program completion.
Follow academic processes and recommend process improvements when required.

Requirements
Post-Graduation from a recognized university in Management, Commerce, Journalism, Computer Applications, or Information Technology.
2–6 years of experience in academics/student counselling.
Positive knowledge of university academic processes.
Valuable computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
