Main Duties
Lead production: Bake artisan breads, pastries, and cakes while ensuring high quality and consistency.
Manage team: Train, mentor, and schedule junior bakers and kitchen workers.
Control inventory: Monitor supplies, order raw ingredients like flour and sugar, and reduce waste.
Develop recipes: Create current seasonal menus and test cutting-edge baking techniques.
Enforce safety: Maintain clean work stations and follow health and sanitation rules
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
