We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate motor insurance leads, follow up on policy renewals, and support the insurance team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding motor insurance renewals and recent policies.
Inform customers about insurance plans, coverage, premiums, and add-on benefits.
Generate and qualify insurance leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Follow up with customers until policy renewal/issuance and payment completion.
Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the system.
Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the Insurance Executives and insurance companies for policy processing.
Collect and verify required customer documents.




Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, renewal, and sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional service.

Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Malayalam and English proficiency is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, insurance, automobile, or sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
