Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Generate new leads and build solid client relationships.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valuable knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market.
