Jambh Shakti NGO is hiring Telecaller Staff to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming calls, explaining NGO programs and initiatives, following up with beneficiaries and supporters, maintaining call records, and coordinating with the team for further assistance. Candidates should have positive communication skills, a polite and confident personality, basic computer knowledge, and a positive, target-oriented attitude. Freshers can also apply, while previous telecalling experience will be preferred. Salary: ₹18,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
