We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Chat Support Associates to join a leading Multi-National Company (MNC) in Vadodara. In this role, you will handle real-time customer queries via chat, providing quick, accurate, and qualified resolutions while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Promptly respond to customer inquiries via live chat support in a professional manner.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalation paths.
Maintain high quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
Document customer interactions and details accurately within the system.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: HSC Pass (12th Standard) or Graduate in any stream.
Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
Typing Skills:



Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in Rotational Night Shifts.
Freshers with strong communication and typing skills are welcome to apply!
