Job Title : Global Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (OH & IH) programs across global sites.
Develop and implement risk-based medical surveillance and employee health monitoring programs.
Drive industrial hygiene exposure assessments covering chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards.
Establish and maintain OH & IH standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Provide technical guidance on risk mitigation, engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE practices.
Lead audit readiness, compliance reviews, self-verification, and assurance activities related to OH & IH.
Analyze occupational health and industrial hygiene data, trends, and governance reports for leadership teams.
Support incident investigations, exposure risk assessments, and corrective action planning.
Collaborate with HSE teams, site leadership, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.




Promote a solid culture of occupational health, wellbeing, and operational safety.

Requisites
Degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Environmental Health, Medicine, or related field.
Skilled certifications such as CIH, COHN, ROH, SAIOH, or equivalent preferred.
Robust expertise in Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene programs and risk assessment practices.
Knowledge of OH & IH regulations, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
Experience in exposure science, hazard identification, and industrial hygiene monitoring.
Strong understanding of engineering controls, PPE programs, and workplace health standards.
Experience in audit management, compliance reporting, and governance reviews.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams in complex operational environments.
