Recovery & Outstanding Management
Take ownership of assigned outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
Regularly follow up with customers/dealers for overdue payments through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and visits wherever required.
Maintain an updated outstanding/recovery tracker.
Prioritize accounts based on ageing, outstanding value, and payment commitments.
Obtain explicit payment commitments from customers and ensure follow-up until payment realization.
Escalate long-pending or critical accounts to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams for reconciliation of customer accounts, invoices, credit notes, and payment discrepancies.
Ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
