A senior bartender manages daily bar operations, crafts high-end cocktails, and leads junior staff. They ensure rapid service, track inventory, and maintain strict safety rules while creating a welcoming space for guests.
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks using exact recipes.
Train, guide, and support junior bartenders and bar backs.
Check stock levels, count inventory, and order current supplies.
Create current cocktail recipes and update drink menus.
Handle cash, credit card payments, and POS terminal transactions safely.
Enforce local legal drinking age laws and responsible alcohol service.
Keep the bar counter, equipment, and glass storage clean and hygienic.
Deep knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and current beverage trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy boxes.
Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
