We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
