Job Description:
Co-ordinate with client/other project team members for implementing Green Building requirements
Conducting site visits and attending meetings to ensure Green building requirements are being followed
Documentation on Green Building rating systems such as IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, WELL
Ensuring that relevant Project related information is captured and analyzed
Evaluate issues and escalate them to the concerned departments
To review Design and Tender documents

Communications Skills:

The position requires excellent written and oral abilities to:

· Write technical and non-technical reports

· Maintain relationships with clients, Positive presentation skills

Other Skills:

· Willingness to travel & work in different work settings

· Self-motivated and able to work in teams

· Work on multiple projects simultaneously

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD basic knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
