Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Sales Executive who will handle quotations, invoicing, and collection follow-ups. The candidate should have positive communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients on time

Quotation follow-up with customers

Maintain proper records of sales, quotations, and transactions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls for order updates and follow-ups

Generate and punch sales orders in the ERP system after confirming payment from clients

Follow up with the Purchase Team for non-available items

Follow up with the Dispatch Team - Execution / Delivery

Maintain Quotation / Sales Order Tracker Report

Requirements:





Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Basic understanding of ERP systems

Robust communication and follow-up skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in a sales/support role preferred

Skills:

Good communication (verbal & written)

Attention to detail

Time management

Customer handling skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
