Reliance Bismi is hiring experienced Sales Promoters for its Home Appliances division across multiple locations in Kerala. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-oriented professionals who are passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell home appliances to walk-in customers.
Explain product features, specifications, and perks effectively.
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Demonstrate product usage and answer customer queries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom standards.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and competitor products.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum qualification: SSLC
Minimum 1 year of experience in home appliances sales is mandatory.
Age: Up to 50 years
Positive communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
