We are looking for Quality Engineer at coimbatore location. The role involves inspection, documentation, process monitoring, and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in incoming, in-process, and final inspection of sheet metal components
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and gauges
Support preparation and maintenance of quality documents (Inspection Reports, Checklists, SOPs)
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
Identify defects and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Assist in handling customer complaints and internal quality issues
Maintain records of inspection results and quality data
Support implementation of quality systems like ISO 9001, 5S, and Kaizen




Ensure proper identification and segregation of non-conforming materials

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques
Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
Valuable observation and analytical skills

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Freshers or 0–1 year experience in manufacturing/quality

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
