Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the store.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees.
Monitor store sales, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation.
Recruit, train, and support store employees.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Review sales reports and take action to improve results.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of retail management experience.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of retail operations and financial management.
Experience managing a team of 30 or more employees.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build solid customer relationships.
Willing to relocate to South Africa.
Age: 35–45 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
