Payroll Consultant – FlexiEle HRMS

About Us:

FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes.

We are looking for a young and energetic Payroll Consultant who will act as the point of contact for clients during payroll implementation and support.

Responsibilities:
Gain in-depth understanding of Payroll module in FlexiEle HRMS, including workflows and functionalities
Work closely with the technical team during payroll implementation for new clients
Understand client payroll structures, compliance requirements, and align them with the system
Handle end-to-end payroll processing support and resolve client queries
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) within payroll processes
Provide ongoing support to existing clients for payroll-related issues and enhancements
Visit clients (within Delhi NCR) for quarterly meetings and requirement discussions
Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team for payroll customization and issue resolution





Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Knowledge of employee lifecycle with focus on compensation and perks
Valuable communication skills (spoken English) for client interaction
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Positive attitude, patience, and flexibility

Qualifications:
MBA/BBA with HR specialization (preferred)
B.Com / M.Com or graduates with payroll experience
BE/B.Tech (CS background) candidates interested in functional roles may also apply

Experience:
MBA HR Freshers can apply
6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll/HR domain preferred for other graduates

Advantages:
Compensation as per industry standards for freshers

Other Details:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Off: 2nd and 3rd Saturdays and all Sundays
