Job Overview

We are looking for a Solar Consultant to generate and convert residential and commercial solar leads. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer meetings, explaining solar solutions, follow-ups, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on solar sales leads.
Visit customers at their location and understand their electricity and solar requirements.
Explain solar systems, pricing, benefits, ROI, subsidy, and installation process.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team where required.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain daily lead and customer activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams until order confirmation and installation.
Achieve monthly lead-conversion and sales targets.

Target & Performance
Monthly Target: Lead closure based.




Candidates will be evaluated on the number of qualified leads converted into confirmed solar orders.
Consistent follow-up and conversion ratio will be key performance parameters.
Performance will be monitored through daily activity, lead status, site visits, and monthly closures.

Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales and negotiation ability.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is preferred.
Previous experience in solar, real estate, telecom, insurance, automobile, or other field-sales industries will be an advantage.

Compensation

CTC: ₹1.60 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives linked to successful lead closures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
