International Voice Process Executive – US Process
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients/customers.
Resolve client queries and provide accurate information on services, products, and offers.
Manage customer data, reports, and process documentation.
Ensure excellent customer service and meet quality & productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Work independently and collaboratively within the team.
Candidates with experience in Medical Billing, Insurance, Legal, Ancillary will be preferred.
Shift: US Night Shift | Process: International Voice
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
