The Role

We're not hiring someone to boost posts and pull weekly reports.

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist who thinks before they spend - someone who understands why a campaign works, not just how to set it up. You'll own Meta and Google campaigns for PiPixel and our clients, build strategies from scratch, stay ahead of platform changes, and communicate clearly with both the internal team and clients.

This is a thinking role as much as an execution role.

What You'll Own
Build and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram + Facebook) and Google (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Develop full-funnel marketing strategies - awareness through conversion
Write or brief compelling ad copy and work closely with the design team on creatives
Analyze campaign data and translate it into transparent decisions - not just dashboards
Stay current on algorithm updates, new ad formats, and emerging platform trends
Run A/B tests, iterate rapid, and document what works
Present campaign strategy and performance clearly to clients and leadership
Identify new marketing opportunities - organic, paid, influencer, or otherwise




Manage ad budgets with discipline and accountability

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Strong strategic thinking - you can build a plan, not just follow one
Proven track record of campaigns that delivered measurable results (leads, ROAS, conversions)
Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, Pixel, GTM)
Excellent written and verbal communication - you can explain strategy to a client without using jargon
Up-to-date on marketing trends - short-form video, AI-driven targeting, UGC, performance creative
Bonus: experience in a creative/digital agency environment serving multiple client accounts
