Role Summary

The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating business leads, explaining company services, arranging meetings for the sales team, and maintaining regular client follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Introduce Digital Marketing and IT services to customers
Understand customer requirements and arrange appointments
Generate qualified leads for the sales team
Maintain proper follow-up and call records




Coordinate with sales executives for meetings and presentations
Participate in joined client visits when required
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Freshers and experienced both can apply

Preferred Skills
Tele calling or sales experience
Knowledge of Digital Marketing industry will be an added advantage
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Team coordination ability

Compensation
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
Performance-based incentives (if applicable)

Joining Requirement

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
