Talent Acquisition: Finding, interviewing, and hiring qualified staff.
Onboarding: Structuring initial training to introduce company culture.
Employee Relations: Resolving workspace conflicts and handling employee grievances.
Compensation & Perks: Overseeing payroll accuracy, medical insurance, and incentives.
Performance Management: Conducting annual appraisals and identifying promotion paths.
Legal Compliance: Enforcing local labor laws to protect the organization.
Training & Development: Creating skill-building workshops to encourage growth opportunities
HR Specialist: Focuses deeply on a single domain like recruitment or payroll.
HR Generalist: Coordinates diverse, day-to-day personnel operational processes.
HR Business Partner (HRBP): Works directly with executive leaders to design strategic talent plans

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹54,571.77 per month
