Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote diagnostic services, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Promote the company's diagnostic tests and services.
Generate current leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely service coordination.
Maintain daily field visit reports and sales records.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–2 years in Field Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Healthcare Sales, or a related field.
Freshers can also apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Ability to work independently in the field.
