Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement HR policies.
Oversee training, inductions, and HR documentation.
Lead HR operations and support administrative functions.
Develop, implement, and maintain CLI-based solutions to improve recruitment, onboarding, documentation, reporting, and other end-to-end HR workflows.
Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to design and implement technology-driven improvements for HR processes.
Continuously evaluate existing HR workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience:
MBA in HR or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience,



including 3 years in a team leadership role.

Required Skills:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and people management abilities.
Proven experience using CLI-based tools to automate, streamline, and optimise end-to-end HR workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, reporting, and other HR operations.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
High integrity, professionalism, and business awareness.
Preference may be given to candidates who are comfortable with evening office hours and extended coordination with UK and European teams.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
