E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, digital promotions, marketplace operations, and customer engagement across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and company website
Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory
Handle daily order processing, returns, and customer queries
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions
Work with marketing team on social media and digital campaigns
Track competitor pricing and market trends
Ensure smooth marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

Required Skills




Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Problem-solving and customer handling skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred
Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply

Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and company size)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
