About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at InnoTransVentive. You will manage digital marketing for multiple clients — handling everything from graphic design and video creatives to paid ad campaigns and website management.

Responsibilities
Plan, run, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for multiple clients
Create graphics, reels, and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, and AI generative art tools
Manage and update client websites on WordPress and/or Shopify
Monitor campaign performance and share regular reports and insights with clients
Manage client ad budgets to maximise ROI
Coordinate with the internal team to align creatives and strategy for each client
Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, AI design tools, and social media

Requirements
1 year of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and AI-based design/art tools




Basic knowledge of WordPress and/or Shopify
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is sufficient
Valuable understanding of Google Analytics and Ads dashboards
Strong communication skills — able to interact confidently with clients
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
Must have own laptop
Bachelor's degree preferred

Good to Have
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Portfolio of past campaigns or creatives

What We Offer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Monday to Friday: Work from Office (IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun)
Saturday: Work from Home
