What You'll Do
Supervise daily seafood processing and packaging operations.
Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and cold-chain standards are strictly followed.
Monitor production targets and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
Train and guide team members for better efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate production records and report to management.

What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in seafood processing or food production.
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and cold storage handling.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled workplace.
