Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Assistant Barista to support daily café operations. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring a welcoming café experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing coffee, tea, and other café beverages.
Take customer orders and ensure prompt service.
Operate coffee machines and café equipment under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, counters, and workstations.
Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels.
Assist with food preparation and presentation, if required.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience.
Support the senior barista in daily café operations.

Requirements




12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a café or restaurant (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
