Shift Time: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to manage day-to-day operations, client coordination, reporting, and internal workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft professional emails and follow-ups
Coordinate with clients and external partners
Track tasks, deadlines, and workflow updates
Maintain CRM and ensure data accuracy
Prepare MIS reports and structured analysis
Support internal team coordination and process management

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal English communication
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, trackers, formulas)




Ability to create reports and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint)
Comfortable using AI tools and productivity platforms
Highly organized with robust attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
