Responsibilities:
Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Administering compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Supporting performance management and talent development.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Coordinating training and employee engagement initiatives.
Supporting workforce planning and organizational change.
Using HR metrics and reports to guide decision-making.

Common qualifications
Post graduate degree in Human Resources
Typically 5–8+ years of HR generalist experience.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.(Compliance handling, PT,PF,ESI)
