We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to counsel Indian nurses on overseas job prospects in Germany and promote German language training programs.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and engage with nurses and prospective candidates.
Promote Germany overseas career opportunities and language programs.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years’ experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with solid relationship-building abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
