Key Responsibilities :-
Patient Assessment: Monitor, record, and evaluate patient symptoms, vital signs, and overall physical or mental conditions.
Treatment & Medication: Administer oral and IV medications, manage intravenous lines, change wound dressings, and execute physician orders.
Care Coordination: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans alongside other healthcare specialists.
Patient Education: Counsel patients and their families on disease prevention, home care management, and recovery steps.
Team Supervision: Direct and oversee licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing assistants, and aides.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records and clinical reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
