Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages as per company standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
Supervise and guide junior baristas and café staff.
Train team members on coffee preparation techniques and equipment usage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station and equipment.
Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory and report stock requirements.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
