Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Senior Steward to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and guide junior stewards. The ideal candidate should have robust hospitality skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in F&B; service.

Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Service
Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain service standards as per hotel policies.
Team Supervision
Supervise and support junior stewards and trainees.
Allocate tables and service sections.
Ensure grooming and discipline standards are maintained.
Operations Management
Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.




Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness.
Monitor stock of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
Billing & Cash Handling
Assist in preparing bills and processing payments.
Ensure accuracy in billing and reporting.
Hygiene & Compliance
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
